Cleaning for the floors and shared spaces in your shop
A store may have hard-floor sales aisles, carpeted areas and a customer or staff restroom. Emerald helps identify which areas need machine cleaning, extraction or finish renewal. A site visit establishes the work area, surface type and access around displays.
Sales-floor care
For suitable VCT or concrete floors, Christian can sweep the agreed area and clean it with an automatic scrubber. Compatible VCT may also be polished as part of the agreed service.
Finish renewal where appropriate
Strip and wax removes worn floor finish before applying new layers. It is considered only for compatible floors; it is not a treatment for every tile, wood or vinyl surface.
Carpets and restrooms
Carpet extraction is available for suitable carpeted areas. Restroom work can include fixtures, partitions, mirrors, waste removal and floor cleaning. Choose the services needed for your store.
Plan your project with Christian
Emerald serves Columbus, Dublin, Worthington and Upper Arlington. Christian Morales visits and measures before quoting. Discuss the areas to be cleaned, surface materials, access and preferred timing. Scope and availability are confirmed before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Must I move displays before cleaning?
Discuss displays, inventory and equipment during the visit. Agree on clear working areas and who handles any movement before work starts.
Can you clean only one part of the store?
A defined project can cover an agreed area rather than the entire store, subject to access and the assessment.
Is waxing necessary every time?
No. Routine machine cleaning and removal of old finish are different jobs. The floor material and finish condition determine the appropriate approach.
