What Emerald’s service includes
- Assess the space. Christian visits and measures the area, checks the floor type and discusses access and your priorities.
- Sweep and prepare. Remove loose debris from the agreed work area before machine cleaning.
- Scrub the floor. Clean the contracted area using an automatic floor scrubber and a method suited to the surface.
- Finish and check. For suitable VCT floors, polishing can be included in the agreed scope. A final sweep and check address remaining loose debris.
Is it right for your space?
Suitable commercial VCT and concrete floors in supermarkets, retail stores and other workplaces. The surface, existing coating and access determine the cleaning method. Concrete polishing, grinding and repairs are not included in this service.

Is machine floor cleaning the same as stripping and waxing?
No. Machine scrubbing cleans the floor. Stripping removes old floor finish before new coats are applied. Christian can assess which service your floor needs.
Can you clean both VCT and concrete floors?
Yes, these are among the floor types Christian works with. He checks the surface and any existing finish before deciding on the equipment and cleaning approach.
Does the service include floor polishing?
Polishing suitable VCT floors can be included in the agreed scope. Concrete grinding or polished-concrete restoration is a different service and is not included.
How much does commercial floor cleaning cost?
The quote follows a visit and measurement. Size, floor condition, obstacles, access and the work requested affect the price.
Can I book a one-time floor cleaning?
