Targeted cleaning projects for short-term rental properties
An Airbnb or other short-term rental may need deeper carpet cleaning, bathroom attention or care for a suitable hard floor. Emerald can discuss these specific projects with hosts and property managers. These services are separate from a complete between-guest turnover package.
Carpet extraction
For suitable fitted carpets, the work includes vacuuming, machine extraction and fans to support drying. Tell Christian about the carpet, furniture and next guest arrival so the working window can be assessed.
Bathroom cleaning
Discuss cleaning of toilets, sinks, mirrors, doors and floors, along with other agreed bathroom surfaces. High-pressure washing is not a standard option in a home bathroom and would require a separate suitability assessment.
Hard floors assessed individually
Commercial machine cleaning applies only where the surface, room layout and equipment access are suitable. Do not assume wood, laminate or residential vinyl can be scrubbed or waxed. Christian evaluates the floor before proposing work.
Plan your project with Christian
Emerald serves Columbus, Dublin, Worthington and Upper Arlington. Christian Morales visits and measures before quoting. Discuss the areas to be cleaned, surface materials, access and preferred timing. Scope and availability are confirmed before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a complete Airbnb turnover service?
No complete turnover package is defined here. Laundry, bed making, kitchen cleaning, guest supplies and property checks must be discussed separately; they are not included by default.
Can the property be ready for guests the same day?
Do not assume a same-day turnaround. The work, drying conditions and arrival time need to be assessed and agreed before booking.
Can I arrange one carpet or bathroom project?
Yes, contact Christian to discuss a specific area. He will confirm suitability, scope, access and availability before providing a quote.
